Linguistic Forensics — Clinical Engine
Psychopoetics Engine — Independent Linguistic Research Tool
Paste a diary entry, a journal page, anything you've written for yourself. The Psychopoetics Engine scores it against 200+ linguistic markers across 13 clinical categories, plus quantitative forensics (Type-Token Ratio, syntactic fragmentation, metaphor density) and optional physiological cross-verification — drawn from the psychopoetic framework in "The Epistemic Grammar of Suffering" and "The Linguistic Biomarkers of Trauma."

Method, briefly: 13 marker categories, 200+ markers total — thought disorder, dissociation, trauma intrusion, somatic and cardiovascular language, existential and self-fragmentation, and more — are counted directly. Three further measures are scored against forensic-linguistics thresholds: Type-Token Ratio below 0.40, syntactic fragmentation above 30%, and metaphor density above 15% (Pennebaker & King, 1999; Brédart, 1991; Fainsilber & Ortony, 1987). Where available, physiological measures — HRV below 50ms, cortisol above 15 μg/dL — can be cross-referenced against the linguistic findings. This is a preliminary screening instrument, not a diagnostic determination — see the research papers for the underlying theory. If you're in crisis, real support resources are here.
Physiological Verification — Optional
Closing the hermeneutic loop: cross-reference linguistic markers against physiological indicators of stress and cognitive load, where measured.
